Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about the Hotel – Restaurant Sebastianushof.
Please make sure that the invoice address is correct when making a booking, as we are not allowed to make any changes to invoices created in the course of fiscalisation. A change of the billing address is only possible by cancelling and completely recreating the invoice. This must be documented accordingly. We ask for your understanding that we charge a fee of 10 € for this additional effort.
Check-in is possible from 2-9 p.m., after which keys can be issued via our keybox. In this case, please contact us to submit a code. Reception hours 7-11 a.m. and 2-9 p.m.

Your room is ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.

After 9 p.m. a check-in via our keybox is possible. In this case, please contact us to send us a code.
Private parking is available on site for a fee of EUR 14 for cars/EUR 17 for vans and Sprinters per day (we recommend reservation). Our paid hotel parking spaces are under video surveillance.
In addition, further public parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the Hotel – Restaurant Sebastianushof.
Wi-Fi is available to all our guests free of charge in the entire building of the Hotel – Restaurant Sebastianushof!
The rooms in our modern new building are accessible by elevator, barrier-free and air-conditioned.
Pets are welcome by appointment. We charge a cleaning fee of 8 euros per night for dogs.
Allergy-friendly rooms are available, we ask you to book in advance.
The city of Bonn levies a so-called accommodation tax of 7 percent. This tax must be paid by all those who make use of overnight accommodation in Bonn for a fee in an accommodation establishment (in particular hotel, hotel garni, inn, guesthouse, private room, youth hostel, holiday apartment, motel, campsite, ship or similar facility).
You can pay for your stay in cash, with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards or by EC card.
